Staying current on all the frequent changes in the travel industry is important to me. To that end, I'm constantly attending new continuing education opportunities sometimes on a daily basis. To date, I have earned a Masters certification from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and certification from Princess/Commodore Cruises. I have completed many speciality trainings such as Disney College, Universal Studios and numerous resort and hotel trainings. I am also an Accredited Cruise Counselor with Cruise Line International Association (CLIA), a member of the American Society of Travel Advisers (ASTA), a member of International's Air Transport Association(IATA) and a Certified Travel Associate (CTA).
